I confirm that I have been paid the agreed amount for my participation in the photoshoot and grant Hushed Hues, its successors, and partners (collectively "Hushed Hues") the following rights:

Grant of Rights: I grant Hushed Hues the irrevocable and perpetual right to use any photos and videos of me taken by Hushed Hues, anyone working on behalf of Hushed Hues, or any collaborators involved in the project, for editorial, trade, advertising, and other business purposes, in any media, now or in the future. This includes the right to use my name, likeness, and basic information, to make edits or alterations, and to create and use derivative works as needed.

No Further Compensation: I acknowledge that the payment received is full and final compensation, and I waive any right to additional payments for the use of the photos, videos, or my name.

Release of Liability: I release Hushed Hues from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the photos, videos, or my name.

Confidentiality: I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information regarding the photoshoot or Hushed Hues, including but not limited to the project’s concept, location, any unpublished images, or details about Hushed Hues' business operations, unless I receive prior written consent from Hushed Hues.

Acknowledgment: I affirm that I was at least 18 years of age at the time of the photoshoot and that I have read and fully understood the terms of this agreement.
